Arctic Human Development Report II. Regional Processes and Global Linkages.

Abstract

This is the terms of reference and project proposal for the production of the second volume of the Arctic Human Development Report (AHDR Volume II). The project is led by Iceland, with the secretariat located at the Stefansson Arctic Institute. This institute also hosted and managed the coordination of the first AHDR project, and the two Arctic Social Indicators (ASI) follow-up projects. Co-country leads are Canada and Denmark/Greenland. The AHDR and ASI projects have all been led by Iceland and funded largely by the Nordic Council of Ministers Arctic Cooperation Programme, and endorsed by the Arctic Council and the IPY.
