The leader s manual provides background information about the tundra, the nature of ecosystems and some of the changes and threats that could affect Arctic ecosystems and biodiversity. Appendix B provides printable worksheets for the activities designed to get young people either individually or in groups out on the land and actively investigating the natural world around them.
