    Abstract
    The following guidelines direct internal procedures of the Arctic Council as its subsidiary bodies relate to outside bodies. These guidelines should be followed in accordance with the Arctic Council Rules of Procedure and the Arctic Council Communications and Outreach Guidelines. Please note, this version is the draft as submitted to the Fairbanks SAO meeting. Please see the collection Procedural Documents for the adopted version.
