Arctic Traditional Knowledge and Wisdom: Changes in the North American Arctic

Abstract

The nature of this report is unusual in that it discusses a process through which most interaction and consultation with indigenous peoples and other community members in research, monitoring, and assessment takes place, in a town hall meeting, or the talking circle, or worshops, all of which mean that information exchange takes place verbally.
