Abstract
Reference document which can be used as a guide to navigate the the Arctic Council archive of Senior Arctic Officials' and Ministerial meeting documents. The document also lists the Arctic Environmental Protection Strategy (AEPS) meetings which initiated the process of founding the Arctic Council.
