Abstract
The SAOC welcomed delegates to the third plenary meeting of SAOs during the Chairmanship of Finland (2017-2019). He invited the two new Heads of Delegation for Bård Ivar Svendsen, and ICC, Dalee Sambo Dorough, to briefly introduce themselves to the plenary meeting delegates.
