Abstract

A meeting to discuss the implementation of the Circumpolar Biodiversity Monitoring Program (CBMP, intended to detect changes in the natural environment, provide an early warning system, contribute to development and evaluation of national monitoring plans; and provide for timely and cost-effective sharing of information to Arctic and non-Arctic users.
