Abstract

Letter from the SAO Chair Gunnar Pálsson on the 19th of April 2004 to Arctic Council Senior Arctic Officials, permanent participants, working group chairs and observers proposing special funding for the involvement of indigenous peoples within the Arctic Council's budget. The letter was sent prior the SAOs meeting in Selfoss, Iceland, 4-5 May 2004.
