"As stated on previous occasions, the State Observers would like to renew/reiterate their support for the work of the Arctic Council and continue to look for and work on common goals and interests. State Observers are pleased to see that the Arctic Council is proactively discussing the roles and level of engagement of both State Observers and other Observers. We are looking forward to seeing the results of these discussions at the next SAO meeting in November and to have an opportunity to react." /.../
