The Observer Manual for Subsidiary Bodies is a useful resource for those interested in the role of Observers in the work of the Arctic Council. The Observer Manual was updated at the Anchorage October 2015 SAO meeting, and at the Portland SAO meeting in October 2016. The file was updated in this archive 19 December 2019. | en_US |
