Abstract

"This report presents the results of the survey of the state of the areas of decommissioned sites of the Russian Federation Ministry of Defense on Hoffman, Graham Bell and Alexandra Islands of Franz Josef Land Archipelago. Work is based on Agreement between NPO “POLAR FOUNDATION” and Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO). The survey was agreed with: the Ministry of Defense, ref. No. 110/4/429 of 16.03.2007 signed by the First Deputy Minister of Defense Yu. Baluevsky."
