Abstract

"Four Arctic Council Working Groups (ACAP, AMAP, CAFF and PAME) met in Tromsø on September 16th to discuss cross-cutting activities. Approximately 192 people took part including representatives from Arctic states, Permanent Participants, Working Groups (WG), Observer states and organizations (Annex 1).
