Abstract
This Draft Update 2009.01.22 provides chronological milestones and summarises the current status of operationalisation of the Project Support Instrument (PSI). The aim of this report is to enable the Council's Senior Arctic Officials (SAO) to report, on the PSI, to the 7th Ministerial Meeting 2009. The summary, of work since 2003-to date, is for the benefit of the new and potential participants in the PSI.
