Abstract
The Project "Reduction/Elimination of Emissions of Dioxins and Furans in the Russian
Federation with focus on the Arctic and northern regions impacting the Arctic" was
implemented within the framework of the Arctic Council Action Plan (ACAP) by the Centre for
International Projects in 2003 and 2004.
The Project aims to implement the Programme on identification and quantification of
emissions of dioxins and furans with the purpose to reduce the formation and emission of these
pollutants.
