Abstract
This brochure is prepared for the Arctic Council with the aim to share best practices and experiences in reducing black carbon emissions from diesel sources in the Russian Arctic. It has been prepared by Murmansk State Technical University in cooperation with Battelle Memorial Institute and WWF Russia. The authors are grateful for research support provided by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
