| dc.description.abstract | This report discusses the unique context of waste management in the Arctic by sharing challenges, opportunities, best practices, and case studies from the region. Information in this report was gathered via a review of scientific literature, online searches, and talks with experts and local and Indigenous Knowledge holders. The focus of this report is on remote and Indigenous Peoples communities, which are often short on resources to manage solid waste. | |
