They have requested a report at the Ministerial meeting in 2006 that builds on and expands the AMAP assessment completed in 1997, and that evaluated four types of impacts or effects associated with oil and gas activities in the Arctic: - social and economic consequences - environmental impacts from pollution - environmental effects from physical impacts and disturbances - effects on human health" /.../en_US
