Abstract
The fundamental overarching criterion for selecting hyperlinks for posting to the ASBPIF Web Portal is the relationship between a proposed hyperlink and the IMO’s Polar Code. A proposed hyperlink must be clearly relevant to one or more specific provisions of the Polar
Code and must supply information that bears directly on applying, informing or interpreting that provision. This is in accordance with objective of the Forum, as set forth in the Terms of Reference sections 10, 11 and 15.
