Assessment of Potential Air Emissions of Dioxins/Furans, Particulate Matter, and Heavy Metals from Vorkuta Cement Plant when Using Conventional and Complementary Fuels

Vorkuta Cement Plant (VCP) is the only cement producing facility in the Republic of Komi RF. The facility is located above the Arctic Circle, 25 km north of the town of Vorkuta, in a permafrost zone and the surrounding land is thus not used for any agricultural purposes.
