Preliminary Program for workshops at Taking Wing, a conference on gender equality and women in the Arctic that was organized by The Gender Equality Unit at the Ministry for Social Affairs and Health, Finland, in co-operation with the Arctic Council and the Nordic Council of Ministers in 2002. This preliminary program for workshops was presented at the Senior Arctic Officials meeting in Oulu, Finland, May 15-16 2002.
