Abstract
The SAO Chair (SAOC) welcomed delegates to the fourth and final plenary meeting of SAOs
during the Chairmanship of Finland (2017-2019). He invited the new Head of Delegation (HoD)
for the Russian Federation, Nikolay Korchunov, to introduce himself to the plenary delegates.
