Participants included seven ArcticStates (Canada, Kingdom of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden and the United States); threeObserver States (Germany, Italy, Japan); three Arctic Council Working Groups (AMAP and ACAP/EPPR)and invited guests from the EU Action on Black Carbon in the Arctic, Finnish Ministry of the Interior andthe Finnish company Arbonaut. | en_US |
